Ya. That was the last I heard. I had requested a refund a couple of months ago and they never processed it. I went the charge back route and my bank handled every thing. Done.
When I got my car at the beginning of the month last month I had contacted them via email. I hadn't even seen the thread here with members having so many issues. They replied back to my email and since I live in NJ I agreed to go to their site. I spoke with George was very friendly and I left my car there for them to install. I came back and everything was up and running with no issues. Its unfortunate that these things went down. I don't Know if I would have even gone to them had I seen the thread first. With that being said, I LOVE the product. It's so much more Convenient for me to connect my phone for map, instead of the 3 button combo hack every time you turn on the car. I can post up some pies and a vid later if anyone wants to see.
Not that it matters much, but I'm a girl!! I know you don't get too many female enthusiasts around the forums so it's natural to assume I'm a guy. Yes I do have an ILX, but i'm not sure how different it would be. I'm thinking that the harness and monitor set ups would have to be similar. I went and snapped some pics and vids. My car is dirty and sorry for the crappy video. It was spur of the moment.

Sorry you've been unable to get any reply ruin from them. With all the evidence in the threads on Acurazine, your credit card company should have charged it back and refunded your money.
I also don't understand why 5 people had undying faith that they would come through eventually.
For me, it was with it to cancel and charge it back through dispute and pay and extra $25 if I decided to buy it if and when it even ships.
That being said, I will never buy a product from them.

I can't believe after all the B.S. they spewed before the mods closed the other threads that they still haven't made good on the final 5 modules, but with these jokers it doesn't surprise me.
If the module that was installed in one of the poster's car is the same version, why in the world haven't they sent them to everyone who paid over half a year ago?

I suspect it's a bit simplistic to think the ILX version is the same as the current round of TLX/RLX versions in question.
Otherwise it would have been a matter of turning the crank and pushing out packages.
There have been plenty of past 'tool units sold that have worked, it isn't to say that they're all interchangeable. Otherwise, why would they bother to have model specific versions, and more to the point, why exclude some models (e.g. 2G TSX)?
You should try pickled herring. I admit, it's a bit of an acquired taste, but once you come to terms with it, oh man, it's delicious.

I also called, independently, today, and was told the same. I called, actually, to see why they hadn't responded to my request for a refund and was told that all the backorders would be shipping "today and tomorrow". I asked when we would be receiving tracking numbers, and he said "tonight".
Again, you will understand my disbelief. When I don't receive a tracking number tomorrow, I will be pressing my credit card carrier for a refund.
"tonight and tomorrow"... because it'll take a considerable amount of time to get all *five* of the remaining orders out the door. Try to be patient, it might take up to 72 hours for FedEx to reroute enough trucks to handle that capacity.
My first response would normally be "I can't believe they haven't gotten back to you as promised" but since I already know THE Tool's history this seems about right.
I hate to say it but this is entertaining. I feel bad for those who have ordered and are waiting, but this never - ending saga is just so sad. I feel guilty clicking on this thread hoping that someone (outside of NJ) will say that they got their unit and it is awesome.....but I am pretty sure that it will not happen.
This is the perfect example of how to not run a business (legit that is....)

Sure seems like I am in the same boat here too.. Really sucks that people choose to run their "business" this way.
After Navtool got banned a few weeks ago, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's still in progress.
Today, I got a shipping confirmation from UPS, the navtool will be here tomorrow. hmmm..... what to do....
Holy $hit, I got a tracking number from Navtool about 15 minutes ago. Given they are in New York, 1 day away for UPS shipping, I should receive....something.....tomorrow.
I got an UPS tracking number as well this morning from NavTool
Tracked it but apparently it's not shipped yet, probably only the pickup is scheduled. Will keep you posted.
I did receive an email that mine would be shipping yesterday.. But still no tracking number for me. Good to see that a few of you did get tracking numbers.. Just hoping mine will be coming soon too.
