^Thanks
I never posted too many pictures of my ride. The car may be for sale soon (05 base w/Navi and only 49,xxx miles). Just had our second son and things are changing for me. The TL was basically a "toy", and we never drove it on family trips b/c the wifes camry was comfortable and gets around 35mpg avg.
We have an SUV also for the room when hauling all the baby stuff. If the car is not getting used, I might as well let someone else enjoy it. And my 99 TL that I have owned for nearly 11 years will still be my daily.
I didn't take many pictures because I hardly ever drove the car. Didn't think people wanted to see the same background (my yard/buildings) in every shot. lol

^Thanks K1x. I always tried to help other members. I was no expert but
I knew what work would be involved in wheel fitment since I do all my work myself. I learned a lot from this site, and im not leaving azine. :gheyhug:

where the control arms and camber kit a must or needed due to having coilovers? Car looks very clean. Interested in your coilovers, how was the ride with these? My TL is a daily driver and do not need anything harsh as it will never see any type of track.
TIA

No, the camber kits are not a required item. depends on how low you go and if you want to dial in your camber. I wanted all my wheel spec alike, camber matched up front and camber matched out back.
The ride on the coilovers was not bad at all. I don't have any comparisons as far as ride comfort, but I had it set a little stiffer than a stock TL. My nephew was surprised how good it rode being lowered (his mom has a 05 TL). They also have 32 level dampening adjustment right at your finger tips. Too harsh? simply turn the dial to soften them up. If I only had one car I would have definitely daily'd these coils, but my 99 TL was my beater to and from work.

Camber kits may be required when slamming...what isn't required is questions about lowering a car in a F/S thread...
I'm guessing the 3G is going rather than 2 because it'll make more money? I think your TL is perfect for being a daily.
I'm pretty happy I'm not local, those wheels are tempting...

Where in NC are you located? My sister lives near Wake Forest, NC. I cant stop looking at the wheels!!!

I would meet half way
The spacer is NOT milled. You could have it milled though. I cut my hood along the center brace and it fit without any rubbing (I also stacked it with the P2R thermal spacer and it still cleared)
