One thing to keep in mind is that 999,999/1,000,000 girls has huge huge huge self esteem issues. No matter how hot they are they're self conscious as fuck. Some hide it better than others, but they all think they aren't pretty enough. No matter how ugly you are you're going to make any girl you talk to feel good. You're probably going to make her day. That's a good frame of mind to be in - when you go up to a girl you aren't looking for her acceptance, you're giving her a chance to get to know someone as awesome as yourself. If she doesn't want to, her loss.
If your physical appearance is bothering you get back in the health and fitness forum. In reality it doesn't matter as much to women as you think. What you say, how you say it, and how you act is what will get a girl into the sack. But looking good doesn't hurt.
