2016 ILX exhaust ideas

2013 Civic SI axle-back fits like OEM.
1/4" air gap on the double wall tip, but I put a thin sheet of reflective fiberglass shield just in case. I shot some temps on the tip and idling in 95 degree weather it only got up to about 109F.
A bit louder with a nice mellow sound.
Working with RV6 to get us a bolt-on pre-cat delete pipe.
This should open up using axle-backs that fit the 2013-2015 Civics.

deleted my resonator, installed MagnaFlow 11225 exhaust along with dual tips.
Sounds decent, deep low hum when accelerating, not much sound when idle or cruising at low rpm, which i prefer.
I might want to try out the 2013 Civic SI axle-back though !

Either work for me. First one is fap worthy. I believe it possible to trim out the black section in the bumper and run a dual tip up there. Though the piping may be smaller to make it all fit... that wouldnt really matter as you're far enough from the mani for a bottle neck at that point to really cause any reduction in performance. Nothing too noticeable anyway.
Bottom one I imagine would be not too hard to run 2.5-3in piping across to the drive side. Bottom one looks like Aaron's until he swapped the quads for the single outlet.

Your first picture with the quad pipes through the reflector area looks the best. It makes the car look wider
The m3/m4 style doesn't work on the ilx. That style works good on the vette and m3/m4 as those cars have wide rear end. Doing that on ilx makes it look very narrow butt
Your first pic though is sex
