If I turn on my TLX into accessory mode to listen to the radio while parked, it takes at least 10 seconds for the radio to turn on.
Sometimes after driving and I I put the car in park, turn it off then put it into accessory mode it takes longer than the 10 seconds (yes I've timed it).
Is it normal for it to take that long?

Im not sure if your referring to specifically the radio to turn on and your pushing the audio power button on, that should be instantly. But if your referring to the whole system as you turn on the car such as navigation (if equipped) and all, yeah it can take 10 seconds or so. Think of a computer turning on, the moment you hit you on button on your computer its not ready to be used, it takes a moment to start. But as mentioned if its specifically the radio then that should be almost instant.
