Takeda Air Intake - no stickers? Failed Smog in CA

So I have a Takeda intake installed pretty much since I bought the car and iv never had to get it SMOG nor did I thinik it would be a problem...,... but 5 years later DMV required smog and it failed just because there is NO "STICKER" an intake being expensive as it was and not some EBAY' POS intake that was 50$ maybe but I paid decent money for mine and In have no sticker anywherer and i Wouldnt threw it away, im not that kinda perrson I HORDE shit hahaha , I double checked everywhere and even made sure I didn't stick it someone "else" like under that plastic that is supposed to keep the engine bay clean

has anyone ran into this yet? is there anyway this sticker or number or whatever can be "Printed" out ? or am I going top have to purchase another stock intake?? If you have any options please advise!!!!

Thanks!

Try contacting Takeda to see if they will send you one.

Otherwise it's back to the stock intake you go. CA sucks, as they're very strict about it. Make sure everything is intact. I'm surprised they didn't take note of your resonator delete.

IIRC Takeda and aFe power are the same company? Or contact the vendor you bought it from.

This is why I keep all my stock parts. Surprised you didn't as you stated you're a hoarder.

so I took a shot in the dark and contacted aFe and they sent me two stickers, not 100% if they are correct but I just stuck one to my intake and I'm going to try smog again tomorrow
