The roof spoilers are worth every penny, love the look. And most are only $80.-$90. including shipping!
Can't beat it for the style it adds.

I believe the paint code for BWP is NH788P. However, I order Gloss Black spoiler for my car.

Looking to get one of the roof spoilers. They are very sweet..Checking out the E-Bay resources listed in this thread but they each note they aren't compatible with 2013 TLs. Is there a source for a 2013 version? Thanks!

This is odd, I bet they just haven't updated there web site yet. I don't see why they wouldn't fit the 13' TL.
Correct me if I'm wrong - but the rear window has not changed from 09 to 13'.

You may just have to email and ask. Your probably fine to order one for your 13'.

By the way.........Welcome to Acurazine!!

Quick question on these. The rear window is already on the small side. You don't get a lot of rear visibilty with the TL. Can you see these in your rear view mirror? Is there any affect on rear visibility?

They just haven't updated the listing. I ordered one for my 2012 and it fits perfectly. I believe the rear window hasn't changed from 09-13.

Also, visibility isnt affected at all.

Your car will definitely go faster since your wallet will be lightened! While you're at it be sure to hunt down some large "R" decals for the quarter panels--another sure performance improvement

It's strange to post this in a thread where we all know that this is purely a cosmetic modification.

Anyways, I like the way the roof spoiler looks with the OEM underbody kit. I may need to wait on this mod because I would want to get the undebody kit at the same time, which would make this a pretty pricey mod for me.

The OP did not seem to obviously know that this was purely cosmetic which, I assume, is why he asked the question.

Yep, I wasn't sure if it was cosmetic, block sun, or give your 25 extra ponies.

Now I want one but not sure about fitting. Can someone with '13 confirm that this fits from the previous model?

Should fit. Car hasn't gotten any wider. And yes it's purely cosmetics. Had one on my my TL and have one on the Maxima as well.

For the rear wings, are the products from bmwoemshop and shadow.speed basically the same?

They look different in the pics but it could be shadows. Looks like the first one has a lip that goes up. Second one has a visor look that rounds itself off like a covering. I ordered a white one from the first link but now I like the looks of the second one

When you guys installed the wing. Did you use the glue that came with it? Anyone re-tape it with stronger tape?

I used the two sided tape only. Just made sure that the glass surface was very clean. It has held up pretty well so far. More than a year so far.

This makes me imagine the spoiler flying off at speed and the owner pulled over on the side of road waiting for traffic to clear before they run across to grab their spoiler...

Didnt used the glue that came with it, as others have stated wipe down the contact area of the glass with alcohol wipes after washing and make sure it is in room temperature when installing do not install in the cold temps.
