I have 4.92 nav dvd in my 2005 RL ( if anyone can share a copy of their dvd with me btw would be awesome)
I tried to back it up today and theres a massive scratch on it so it wont back up I can send a picture for proof that I actually own it

but now that I have the 2009 radio in a 2005 I couldn't find any info on what version nav came in 2009 RL

the label is one year ahead of whats printed on cd
so a 2009 cd would come in a box labeled 2010

ok thanks. so it seems that mine is a newer nav disk

anyone has a backup iso file by chance?
I cant back up mine because its not reading certain files from the dvd theres a massive scratch on it
I'm not trying to pirate the nav disk just don't want to pay 150 bucks because of a stupid scratch and was hoping that maybe someone could share it with me so I can mod the nav to disable the OK button that is very annoying.

lol they most likely wont. they just tell me to buy a new cd.

i cant copy few files to make a complete backup that's why I'm looking for it.
and i want to modify the startup screen and get rid of the ok button but i need an iso to burn it on a new dvd

all i need is 10-20 files that i cant copy from my cd because of a bigass scratch

what kind of board is this if nobody helps eachother here im not asking to make an illegal copy im just asking for files that im missing from my dvd i can post a picture of my dvd for proof if necessary...

i donno it would take someone 2 minutes to copy and zip file them and share
all i need is the main directory since mine is missing few files...
i been waiting for those wiring diagrams for 09 RL so i could make a writeup on how to install the 09 radio into 05 and now seling it because nobody here wants to move a finger but everyone is in for results...

that's not how it works.. Just buy another DVD, i don't think you're going to find anyone on here that 'backs up' their old out of date DVD to their computers. I'm sure you can get a copy on the black market here for less than 50 bucks..



And don't be making passive-aggressive statements like that when you know damn well AZ is a cornucopia of information that you and many others have benefited from in the past and will continue to benefit from in the future.

i was gonna say something to you but you not gonna hear it anyway...
this board is pretty useless for anything but basic info... and you feel like you re above all here but its ok it happends to alot of mods who want to micromanage every post and tell people whats right and whats wrong...
thats how teamintegra died because morningZ and other mods turned into nazis and started deleting and arguing with everyone . so people just left to honda-tech.. now some honda tech mods are getting too cocky and are about to get dropped as well...when enough people complain about them.. btw if you think im scared of being banned you re wrong... i will tell you what i think if you want to hear it.

To address your wiring request, you were asking for a wiring diagram on a car that sold less than 2000 units or less a year. Contrast that to '05 where it sold 125000 units in '05. Hence why we have wiring diagrams for the '05-'08 and not the '09+.

If you feel the section can be improved, I know we're pretty open to suggestions. Feel free to pm me or any of the mods in this section.

because the whole car is a custom project when you want to do something aftermarket
someone having acess to alldata or 09 service manual could snap few pictures of most requested parts of the manual

we do it with no problem on team sol cal. someone needed a section of service manual it was uploaded in 5 minutes i had no problem sharing that... becuse its also a low production car but theres alot more teamwork goin on on that forum than here.
thats why i came here assuming that it would be same. the del sol community is much more willing to work together to have a benefit for the rest of owners. of one person is working to figure somethign out others share what info they can get or find or have already done..

toyota t100 is also a very low production truck. and much more action than the RL owners for whatever reason...
yes i own 3 of the worst sellers del sol t100 and RL.. none of them have sht for aftermarket support. but the t100 and del sol community are much more active in trying to figure things out

i was looking for someone to donate the radio face so i can try and make a custom fit indash to repalce the cd changer but now if i do make it work im just gonna do what everyone else does. just keep it to myself since theres no help at all
i already spent almost 300 bucks on 09 radio and BT module expecting some help with at least a wiring diagram so i can make a post on how to get it working properly and what needs to be done but now i gave up cuz nobody is interested. they all jsut waiting for the result..


with the time i already spend i guarantee you im closer than probably anyone who was trying to do anything with this stock RL stereo system..

i mean would it break your arm to go to your car and take the nav disk out and copy and paste the files from the main directory into a zip file and share it so i dont have to buy a copy of a cd that i already have. so i can post if the nav hack works on that version or not and maybe find some more tweaks that can be done on the interface.

i dont think cd has to be an img file
i read that some people sucessfully copied the contents to their pcand then burn on another disk

At the risk of sounding stupid, what's an easy way of getting the nav disk info copied off a disk to you?

slysoft anydvd is free and proven to work
and then file server like filehippo or something or torrent

found 2 torrents for 4.92 and 4.d0 disks

but then also found a good deal on 2017 dvd brand new so i ordered that instead

will report back if that one is possible to remove the OK button or modify the wallpaper or anything else

Stupid question...I have an 07 RL...to upgrade my nav all I need is the the latest disk from Acura correct?
