ZDX slays The Dragon!

I've been wanting to go for years, and finally decided to so on Friday night. It was about an eight hour drive to arrive, and it was the most comfortable eight hours I've experienced yet. The ZDX is superior in terms for comfortability compared to the 4G TL. I recently freshened up the ZDX, so this was the most opportune moment to test out a multitude of different aspects. This was the first time that I've experienced The Tail of the Dragon, and it has been the most blissful, rewarding, and sublime driving experience I've had yet.

Vehicle: 2010 Acura ZDX
Tires: Michelin CrossClimate2
Location: Robbinsville, NC

It was dry when I arrived, and then it began to rain for half of my tomfoolery on The Dragon. The Michelin CrossClimate2 have stellar grip in the dry. These are also the most baffling tires I've experienced in the rain up to this point. I was speechless with every turn at just how well they grip in the wet. I don't know what kind of magic Michelin pulled off, especially for a vehicle that weighs ~4,400 lb. These are literally the best all season tire I have had the pleasure to drive on yet. Their excellent reviews are truly warranted, and the tires are worth 110% of the price. I'm extremely eager to test them in the snow, as well.

I already knew SH-AWD was magnificent. I didn't know that SH-AWD would continue to defy expectations even in a vehicle of this weight. The ZDX weighs about 400 lb more than the 4G TL SH-AWD, and it can be felt when both vehicles are driven back to back. The car, the tires, and the road. The SH-AWD, the CrossClimate2, and The Dragon. What a superb recipe! Simply Exquisite! I love cars, and I love driving. I would've taken on The Dragon even with the "lamest" car I had, a MK4 Jetta TDI. However, I'm fortunate enough to own a ZDX, so that was the choice for this endeavor.

The drive down to The Dragon, and the drive back home, were both worth it. The Dragon was a stellar experience that I will definitely experience again. I can't wait to drive a proper sports car with a top tier tire on those roads. I would recommend to everyone reading that if they haven't yet experienced The Tail of the Dragon yet, to do so as soon as possible. This is a special experience if you love cars and driving.

I fucking love the ZDX infinitely. The 4G TL and the ZDX are the best overall vehicles I have experienced yet.

I decided to purchase some of the pictures taken by the photographers since I doubt we will see another ZDX on The Dragon.
