Hello all,
I'm thinking about adding some accessories to my Z, mainly the sport running boards, splash guards, and possibly the body side molding. While I'm 100% sold on the running boards, I am still debating the other two accessories.
Are splash guards really worth it? Do you feel like the body side molding enhances or takes away from the unique styling of the Z? If any of you have pictures of your Z with any of these accessories, do you mind posting them?
I usually don't go all out with accessories because I change cars often (already contemplating the RLX Sport Hybrid), but I think I might keep my Z for awhile. I just purchased the all season floor mats and I love them. Next up is the cargo tray.
I forgot about the Deck Lid Spoiler. What is your opinion on it? This is something else I contemplated, but came to the conclusion that I like the original black spoiler better because it blends well with the pano roof. The added color matched Deck Lid Spoiler makes the ZDX look like it's ready to fly.

I'm really glad that I got my splash guards. Even with OEM wheels, it makes a BIG difference! IMHO anyways.
I think you can get a glimpse of them in some pics I posted previously of my bike rack and hitch. Sorry for resurrecting an old thread of mine, but it saves me from having to take new pics.
I constantly felt like the running boards made the entry to the ZDX more awkward. However I do think they add something great to the aesthetic of the car and I definitely think the body mouldings are nice as well although I've only closely admired them on a white ZDX.
These pictures weren't really focused on the Z but luckily it happened to be there! I hope they help somehow
Running boards are pretty much a must if you have kids, a short spouse or elderly, less mobile parents. Been there, done that on all counts when we had our MDX.
