Three issues
Overall I'm very happy with my A-Spec RWD. However, three things have dampened that a bit.
1. I was given the car with only 22% battery charge. While I don't expect a "full tank of gas", that required me to find a fast CD charger that evening.
2. Some exterior trim is misaligned. Fortunately it is not an issue with sheet metal or door hanging, and the dealer agreed to fix with zero hassle. Still... (pic attached)
3. After only 230 miles I have run out of windshield washer fluid. Seriously? This did not come from the factory already full?
I guess this is what I get for getting a re-branded GM vehicle and echos why my last US car was in 1999.

Luckily, all issues that your local dealer should be able to rectify fairly quickly.. It sounds like they skipped out on the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) . You should have seen the battery charge when you took delivery of the car, did you address it with the dealer at that point?

In the least they were a bit lazy with the PDI, no? But the car was already window tinted and had the weather-proof floor mats, so they did do something. Just lazy perhaps. Regarding battery I did notice it was I was handed the keys and they mentioned it, but what are you going to do? Their on-site charger was 10kw L2 so I wasn't going to wait on that. That reminds me, issue 4! There was an interior issue that at first I thought was sound deadening coming out near a window seam that turned out to be left over from the window tint process that was not cleaned up. That was fixed quickly and again without any hassle.
The dealership has been helpful and accommodating and hassle-free so that is good. But these are issues that I don't expect to come up with an Acura. Let alone a Honda for that matter.

Unfortunately this is how they have been doing business for quite a while now and their QC has taken a nosedive...my '09 TSX had all sorts of fit and trim issues that needed to be addressed when I bought it new and if you do a search you will see issues with the RDX, Integra, etc. as well.

Update. The dealer is ordering new trim (both pieces) and will install. If that does not fix they will send to a body shop. This has been no hassle on my part, but not a problem I expect to have in the first place. If trim alone does not solve it I'm suspecting I will just live with it.
