Zaino + NXT?

This may be asinine, but here goes.

I have already clay-barred and applied two coats of Zaino Z2 to my TSX. Now would it be possible to add a layer of NXT (or any other type of WAX) on top of the Z2? Would it be able to "bond" to the Zaino'd surface?

Winter will be over soon (at least here in the South), and I was thinking of adding a couple of more coats of Z2 and then adding a wax. I was thinking that the NXT would help reduce some of my "barely visible" swirl marks.

Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely. I use Meg's Gold Class probably every other month in beween my 6 month Zaino detailing.

Not sure if the NXT will help with your swirl marks, but it will give you that "wet" look that is a bit lacking with Zaino.

You sure NXT will bond with Zaino? I'm not sure that it will. NXT is a synthetic and I'm not positive it will bond well on top of zaino. Traditional carnaubas definitely will, I generally touch up my detail with P21S in between full details every other month or so to get that slickness back, but I'm not sure that NXT will work.

NXT has some cleaners in it.

It will take alot of your Z right off the car.
