Rain-X wipers. They're available at WalMart. Trico (not to be confused with Anco) is supposed to be good. PIAA also makes some high end wipers available at [URL=http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/piaa/wipers_all.jsp]

I would recommend PIAA windsheild wiper assemblies and or the refill blades.
Once glass is really clean you could try a Castrol product called Super Clean AccuVision™

Keeping in mind that this is the Internet I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses on which are the "best", I'll just says that I've always used the Anco blades and have no problems. On my ES300 they worked great. The key is to change them every year.

I went with the PIAA's and the work great. The wipe clean and streakless.

I have tried all types of Anco's, and to be honetst most of them sucked ass. I have a 2 month old set on my mustang and they chatter like CRAZY.

I bought a set of SilBlades (from silblades.com) and they are fuckin badass. I cant even hear them run across the windshield when its raining, they leave ZERO streaks, and they have a 5 yr warranty.

I also put on a coat of rain-x every 6 months, and that helps alot too.

hey sup man
u said you tried a bunch of ancho wiper blades, have you tried the rain-x ones?

I bought them in 24 and 19 inches and i tried putting those on, they work great. But the thing is, they don't snap on like the original ones do. They just kind of go on and when i pull on it, they pull out pretty easily. Do you know if the rain-x ones are just like that or is it suppose to snap on?
