Window/Glass challenged? Here's a tutorial......

We're extremely proud to have had Kevin Ferrell of KCPP (Kleen Car Auto Appearance) grant us permission to use some of his tutorial materials for your learning pleasure. Kevin also played a large role in the testing of Optimum Polymer Technology products!
His background includes auto dealership experience and training with DuPont, General Motors and I-CAR.
He also created the BMW of North America detail training program over 11 years ago, and still works with them. Without a doubt, Kevin is one of the East Coasts premier detailers. For those of you who have been here for some time, you may recall we helped get Kevins DVD "Buffing with Confidence" off the ground floor a few years ago!

In the coming weeks and months, Exceldetail will be uploading portions of Kevins material for all of you to enjoy and learn from. The link provided here is for the glass/window challenged folks who just cant seem to get it right! (And thats probably 9 out of 10 of us!) More to follow for true enthusiasts! Enjoy!

Ive actually established a new shopping cart as well, but its not quite ready. Someone, through a Google search, found out about it and placed in order while it was temporarily "active" which threw me back, but its been deactivated again.
As for the tutorials, you'd be hard pressed to find someone more knowlegable with a rotary or PC. Kevin also has a very wide range of product awareness as well. Im really excited to be bringing his knowledge to my site. He wrote me this morning complimenting the upload. Not only does it offer a great value for my customers, but it also add web site optimization for his company! So its a win win for all parties.
