When to put glaze on car?
I'm going to re-wax my car next month.
I use Optimum Opti-Seal and t6hen top it off with Spray Wax. I plan on using PoorBoy's Black Hole Glaze, but I don't know if I apply it before the Paint Seal or after?

This is a filler type of product so if you have swirls or light scratches in your paint then you should probably use it prior to the paint sealant. However, I think you should properly correct any flaws with a machine and polish and drop the filler product.

Thin paint - there comes a point when you must judge wither removing a scratch will compromise the clear coat (> 0.1 µ) and if so you’ll have to ‘live’ with the imperfection (these can be aesthetically masked by using a Glaze)

Some sealants won't bond to a glaze ... thats what you need to find out .. and I don't know in this case wether sealants bond to that particular one.

thank you exaclty what I was thinking... all these others guys jumping to say "correction" not glaze .. have a point but dont forget some people may not want to or dont have the time to correct the paint, and would settle with hiding most of the imperfections... Im the same Ill do one major correction and hide the rest... its the same end result.

Thats not what the OP is asking .. he is asking before or after the sealant.

thanks fir all the responses, everyone. at this point, my car has swirl marks (caused by my dad) but since Acura paint is not very good, I don't feel like I should get it polished. The swirl marks aren't very bad; I'm going to hold off on polishing.
I'm going to clay bar this time but I know that glaze does not last very long. If I want to reapply, do I have to clay bar again and do the entire process again?
