what would you charge???

Im thinking of doing a little bit of car cleaning for family and friends for a few bucks cash on the side say like sat or sun mornings..

Ill be using my own stuff

hand carwash (brushless)with damnit forgot the name (namebrand though) and dried- including inner door parts with microfiber towels only
rims fully cleaned and shined with nascar rim cleaner
tires shined with black magic
interior dashboard, steeringgauges + wheel ,doors, sills, rear deck, wiped down with meg interior wipes
leather if have- meg leather cleaner and conditioner-slightly higher charge*?
full vacuum job also with the spray and scrub turtle wax product on mats
tree air freshner

what would you guys charge for something along these lines???????/
i have the supplies already and figure one car price should cover the cost of all supplies needed

Seems like all the work is on the interior... Depends on how messy the interior is, and how meticulous you are with cleaning.

The exterior procedure u gave can be done in like 30 min... Worth like $10 to me. Interior... dunno, I wouldn't pay for someone to do the interior of my car.

thats a good price........what what is the quality of his work? We have a place that will do pick-up and drop-off at work for substancially higher than that, but its nothing really special:
$75 exterior
$75 interior
$140 complete

I just started getting so many compliments at work about how clean my car is all the time that I told them I would make their car as shiny and nice for less than what they were paying that ass clown. They kept asking why is your car shiny and mine isn't.....they would say why is Sam doing a better job on yours. I was like thats because Sam doesn't touch my car, I do it myself. So I basically cut Sam out of the picture here at work and do only complete jobs at $100, and I do pick-up & drop-offs by appointment Sat & Sun mornings. Its nice to make an extra $200-300 a week for an extra 12hrs of work.

Good price? Really? I thought it was high. He does a good job. Most of the traders at my job use him. He does get all the dirt off, & the cars do look good after.
I'll never use him. He uses a pressure washer, for 1(not comfortable with that)& 2, I don't let anyone wash my car.

For those prices listed above lembowski - are you doing anything other then clean the exterior? are you polishing claying or sealing?

The prices include exterior and interior:

exterior = wash, polymer paint sealant, scrub wheels, polish chrome, dress exterior rubber & moldings

interior = vac/shampoo carpets, mats & upholstery, clean condition leather & vinyl, interior dressings. Scotch gaurd fabric protection

I think $100 in SoCal market is more than fair for the services I do. Once I get my Porter Cable that will be included in the price also.
