What cleaner for 2020 RDX dashboard?

I've never had a dashboard made of this material. Seems like a polymer or rubber-ish. I sprayed on McGuire's interior detail spray, and the dash really seems to almost permanently "absorb" the spray. It took much rubbing to get rid of the streaks, and the overspray droplets. I stopped only after two smalls sprays because I got worried. I don't think the dash requires ANY cleaning chemicals. I checked the manual and there's no topic on it. Thanks for any advice.

don't spray directly onto the material! Spray onto a towel and fold the towel, then unfold. This spreads the product onto the towel so you get better/even coverage. I'm not sure what the material used in the RDX is, but 303 Aerospace Protectant is one of the best products out there. Doesn't leave a greasy finish and has great UV protectors. I've found my local boating store to have the best price locally.

Excellent advice. I use Griotts Interior Cleaner every month or so on the interior surfaces excluding the Nav & Gauge cluster. For quick in between touch ups I use Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer on the entire Interior surfaces. I spray the product on the towel first and then wipe the surface. I then use a separate microfiber cloth for final removal. Clean quality micro fibers will also go a long way.

A slightly damp microfiber cloth with distilled water will go a long way to light dust & clean interior surfaces.

always always start off with the LEAST aggressive treatment...
because a damp rag is the least aggressive treatment that cleans the dash

90% of the time, if I'm just wiping up dust, I'll use ONR at 128:1 or I'll use my drying towel from the exterior once it has a good load of P&S Beadmaker to wipe down. I keep some P&S Express Interior Cleaner and I'll use it quarterly and follow up with 303. Since my cars are a bit older, for the leather, I'll give it a Leatherique treatment quarterly as well.
