Waxing tail lights ??

So I tintedmy tai lights

But I have a question for anyone who has done this with Spray tint

Ok so I will start from the beging
-I took them off
-used the spray tint 4 coats or so
-then put clear coat on them 6 coats
At this point it was all good but I wanted them super glossy soo
-I wet sanded them, got them nice and smooth Then
-meguirs paint cleaner
-meguirs polish
-meguirs wax

My problem arises here, there looks like there is a film on them ????

when you used the polish .. which one was it and did you do it by hand or with a buffer .. if so which buffer/pad combo?

If the products you used were the Megs 3 step that isn't going to do it.

you need to strip the headlight of wax and let it sit in the sun for a few days, or heat it up with a hair-drier. New Paint needs to out-gas, if they don't a a film can start appearing under the wax.
