Talking Wax on

I have a 07 tl/s, live in the southeast with "hard water". I recently waxed my car but...water spots remain. Any suggestions would be helpful. I did find a great glass cleaner- Invisible Glass by Stoner. Works Great, best I have found. I have the carbonized window tint(Tint World, Fla)-dealer said it was safe to use.
Thanks for the assist-----Merry Christmas to all!! R

Do you dry your car after you wash it normally? I'm in the southeast and I don't have this problem. Where are the water spots? Do you park around sprinkler heads? Does your sprinkler use Well water?

You're better off posting in the Wash & Wax forum. https://acurazine.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=23

I live in Savannah, yes I dry after everywash...lawnblower and clean dry towel. The spots are mostly on flat surfaces, might be from rain. I don't park near any sprinklers. I have city water and if any does dry on any car it leaves white spots. Is there a good wax to work the spots out?
Sorry for the mis-post...
BTW-coming to your beach for XMAS! Thanks again, R

Waxes will tend to seal in your water spots. You need to remove the spots with a polish or chemical cleaner. Just wait and take care of it with your quarterly detail (which im certain you do right?)
As for your particular water condition, consider using a quick detailer when drying. Simply spritz the QD on the wet surface and dry away with a waffle weave. Also, using an auto wash with a fairly balanced ph helps.

Do not wax your water spots, it will seal and build a coat top of unwanted spots. Your best bet is clay bar, paint cleaner, glaze, then sealant then possibly wax if needed. (meguiar's, and wolfgang for the sealant by the way)
