Waterless Wash Products
I'm just wondering if anyone has used any of the following products:
PB Spray n Wipe
Driwash
QEW
Any comments with any of the products mention above? On average, how much of the PB solution does it take to clean the whole car. PB seems more like a detailer to me.
Sometimes there's a water ban around here during the summer, and I need to continue on washing cars. It'll be more "environmentally friendly" to not waste water.
Any comments appreciated. Thanks.

I use QEW from time to time. If the car is mildly dirty, it works really well. I just mix with water in a bucket and use a chenille cotton sponge to wash with. I use a 2nd bucket with just plain water as a rinse bucket. I notice the sponge (or mitt) gets pretty soiled with QEW (haven't figured that part out yet).
I presoak the panel with a garden sprayer I bought at Lowes. Make a pass with a drenched cotton sponge and dry with a 100% cotton towel immediatly after I wash that panel. It took me a few times to get use to this method and I tend to be extra careful when I use QEW because I don't use it too often.
I figure I use 5-7 gallons of water when I use QEW. Most of the water is in the rinse bucket. Maybe a gallon or two that's mixed in with QEW.
I recently picked up PB SnW, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. I've read more positives than negatives on SnW.
I thought someone here wrote up a DIY or How To for QEW
Hope this helps.

I think I'm gonna pick up PB when I get a chance. Like all their products so far, hoping the same for Spray and Wash. There's a DIY on How To for QEW on Autopia, but the site's down right now.
Comments from anyone else?

Had a chance to use S and W the other day (this post prompted me). Works really well on light dirt and road film. Pretty impressed. I will still do regular hose and buckets washes as well as QEW. Each of these 3 have their own place and time. S and W looks like a very good product to bridge the gap between a QD and QEW.
I say definitly pick it up. It's pretty cheap and if you don't use it regularly, it's something good for a road trip.
