Washing Without a Hose

I'm sure many others have this problem. I live in an apartment building, and as such, my car is kept in an underground parking lot. That means no hoses, or any steady stream of water. When I wash my car, I usually have to bring down two or three large buckets of water. I'll use one to get the car wet, and then to rinse, the other I'll fill with car soap and wash the car. My question is: For those who park in an underground lot, how do you wash your car? Do any of you professionals have additional suggestions?

there are plenty of no rinse products available. Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine for instance. All you need is a bucket of water and you can wash your car just fine.
