Useful Product Listing For Detailing
- Remove oxidation
Light Oxidation I use
Meguiars and 3ms' fine cut products
I use this with Rotary and sometimes PC, but the product doesn't break down as well..
I also use DACP from Meguiars.
I use Meguiars purple (cutting) pad and i have used wool a few times.
- Remove swirl marks
I use Meguiars Swirl Mark Remover and Swirls mark remover Polish. Also, 3m had SWR for light color cars and SWR remover for dark color cars
I use Meguiars purple cutting pad. with Rotary and PC.
- Polish paint
I use Meguiars Machine Glaze, Show car glaze, AIO. Meguiars Medallon, Platinum cleaner, Pinnacle cleaner,
Edit: also Meguiars Swirl remove polish
- Protect paint-
I use Platinum Protectant, Souvran Wax, , s100 wax, ZAINO, BLack Fire, Meguiars 26, Meguiars Medallon, Blitz, have some second string waxes.. products too..

damn i didnt know u were into detailing that much matt, do u actually use all those or it that copied from www.detailcity.com??

it is copied but i have used each and everyone of those products. these are the best of the best in automotive detailing products

i've used pretty much all as well, but i'm VERY impressed u got yer hands on the recipe...my detailer NEVER gives out his mixtures for obvious reasons
i can tell u the layered compounding he does has some of the 3M perfect-it and finese-it as part of the mixture
my detailer's part chemist as well...he does a lot of research into the chemical structure of each product out of concern that when he mixes products together, there won't b a chemical reaction...such reactions include clouding, dull spots, and more permanent damage...and since his clientel caters to more higher performance market (Porsche, BMW, MB, & Ferrari), he knows customers will rip him a new one if he fuks up, so he does a lot of homework
but yeah, that's useful info...if u want, i can print this out and see what he says about yer recipe
