Suggestions on repairing this

I just bought an 05 Altima SE-R and it looks like someone used JBweld or an epoxy to re-attach some letters from the "Altima". Whats the best approach to de-badging the Altima? Should I just take some adhesive remover and fishing line approach?
Its hard as a rock, if any of you have used the two part epoxy putty that you kneed together then you know what I'm talking about.
