So cheap

The dash board material is horrible! Especially the material they used above the cluster and above the clock display, it has like dots indented into it you know what I mean. Every time I clean the dashboard those spots get residue left behind and whatever I do, I can't rub it out. And no I don't even use a lot of 303 on it.

Armour-All + continuous exposure to the sun (which most people's are), will eventually lead to a cracked dash from it drying out....I dont recommend it.

Look, if you rub one out while you are cleaning the car you are just going to make a mess.

You should clean the dash with a vinyl cleaner (or Woolite, or damp towel-- whatever works for you) first, then apply 303 protectant onto a towel or applicator pad which will be used to wipe down the dash.

i think "cheap" is the wrong word. i think "user friendly" or "counter intuitive" best describe this the dash materials. u just used the product. i like the holes cuz it gives the dash texture.

Use 303 and press to get into the little holes. Then wipe dry with another cloth. I hate doing my dashboard. I can never get it 100% perfect and streak-free.

Very surprised to see someone here recommened using armor all. Oufff that shit is horrible. Leaves your interior looking and feeling nasty. Atleast the stuff I have seen.

Anyway, the best thing I like to use on my dash to dust it off is simply a wet cloth. It will leave it looking nice and dry looking without the look of greasy products.

As for cheap I cant say I agree with that I have had no problems with the dash looks great to me.

I've been using Meguires Natural Shine. I like it, not greasy like Armor all and regular Meguires wipes. Also has UV protection.

This.

If you're not cleaning the dash prior to using 303, you're not going to see an improvement. I use dilluted Woolite to clean it well, then go over it with a damp cloth several times, then use the 303. Dash looks mint at five years old.

I use Optimum Leather & Vinyl Protectant for nearly 3 years in the Texas heat and it has been holding up fine. *crosses fingers*

The indented little dots on the dash above the wheel and clock is designed that way intentionally as an anti-glare feature for the driver. Don't use anything on it that would cause shine or glare, just use damp cloth.

I just use Megs Interior Quick Detailer on a damp cloth and wipe everything down. No streaks and it leaves everything smelling clean.

^Never thought about trying it on a damp cloth. I'll have to give that a shot.

I use 303...I picked up some Megs Protectant last week though and haven't tried it yet...

Armor All sucks plain and simple...I refuse to use ANYTHING from them...You might as well cover your interior in cooking oil because thats all armor all does...
