Scratches in hood removal

My girlfriends 2009 CBP tl somehow got a good thumb sized series of scratches on the hood this morning. There's a hole in the center about the size of a pen head so our thoughts are someone in the family tried to scratch are bubble in the paint or something and made it worse. Regardless it's not deep as I can't feel the scratches (sans the hole) but it definitely looks like someone took a brillow pad to it. Can't link a photo from phone but does anyone got any suggestions? Was considering taking it to ferman acura here in tampa unless anyone else had a better idea. We'd really appreciate it

if you are not good with cars, take it to a detailer.. they should be able to fix it

Remember, factory cc is paper thin... literally.
Lightly go over with your finger nail. If your finger nail catches, it is probably too deep. However, if not, a detailer will be able to correct it.

If it is only in a small area, it could be a DIY job.
Pick up some Meg's Ultimate Compound and foam pads and put some elbow grease to it. Just make sure to evenly distribute pressure on the pad or you may end up with cheetah marks.

If your not into DIY then look up a "good" detailer. Usually $25 or so to polish it out. I wouldn't take it to the dealer... 95% of the kids in the dealer detail shops are wanna be hacks. And prolly cost you more.
