scratch on dash

I would like to know if any one has a way to take out a sctarch on a dashboard. I think its a scratch and not a stain because i tried everything and it does not come off!!!! need help thanks

looks like its going to go back to the dealer, looks like it is discolored not schracthed, just to go through the aggeriation now.
