Hey I'm sure this has probably been asked before but I can't find the answer in any of the archives. I'm about to get back from a 6 month deployment in the Golf and my poor car has been sitting in Colorado through the whole winter. It's going to be in need of some good detailing. I also have a decent size scratch that could use repair. Does anyone know a good detailer in the San Diego area? Please let me know I'll be back in about two weeks and I don't want to drive a beat down looking car. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

The best detailer that I heard about is Amatos in Sorento Valley. They work on all types of HIGH end cars and I've never heard any complaints. Good Luck.

well, I am not professional, and not in San Diego, but I am in Denver and retired Navy and would be willing to spruce it up for you if it is in Denver so that it will be looking good for the drive back to San Diego. I would treat it as if it were my own, give it all the care that I could. Would probably not be able to do much for the scratch, but could give it a good wash, clay, polish and seal. PM me if you would be interested. I know what its like where you have been and if I can do something to show a bit of appreciation for what you are doing, would be happy to do it for the low rate of free.

Thanks for the input guys. Thank you for the offer hardrock32tls I really apreciate it. Unfortiontaly the car will be leaving Pueblo tomorrow morning in route to San Diego so I will still need to find a detailer in San Diego. If anyone else has some more idea's I'm still looking.
