Why is it that i apply the wax on a panel and then 5 seconds later im trying to buff it off and some of it just wont come off, and you have to push real hard? Buffing out the Zaino seemed to be a breeze compared to this, any suggestions?

The Pre cleaner was easy, am i using to much, should i be able to see the coat im applying.
