RGS Labs...Anyone ever heard of this stuff?

It's wicked expensive. I found this gift package at a yard sale last weeekend for a dollar. Turns out it's worth like $135. Is it really that good?

Hehehe, snake oil if I ever saw it! I bought some years ago from kids selling under a canopy at a gas station..............$15.00 a pop.........
