Restoring deep black look to wheel wells on high mileage vehicles
What is the best way to bring out the deep black look of the wheel wells? I have a 2007 acura TL type-s in NBP and it has 134,000 miles on it (nearly all highway) and the wheel wells have lost their black appearance and started to fade. This goes for the plastic and the dampening material used to dampen the sound of the tires on the road.
Any ideas?

I just spray some interior vinyl shine on a clean and dry wheel well then just wipe the excess off. I've even heard others using tire shine on the wheel wells and drying it off with a rag. Their reason was that the shine lasts longer. Not sure if I would try the latter since that can be quite messy.

Chemical Guys Black on Black does the trick for me. It lasts me about 1-1.5 months before I need to reapply.
If it bothers you that much, you could always replace the fender liners. Theyre about $30 each online. But its only a matter of time before they follow the same path as your current liners.
