Recommend a polish for dark paint colors!

Going to attempt to detail my abyss blue pearl TL for the first time. Nothing extreme, just light swirls (only visible in direct sunlight) so I'll probably only use polish and not a cutting compound. I have no experience with soft paint or dark colors so I need recommendations. I'm leaning towards either Sonax Perfect Finish or Meg M205. I have also heard good things about Sonax Paint Cleaner on Honda paint, but I'm worried it won't be enough to remove swirls. If it matters I will be using a DA most likely with an orange foam pad.

Megs 105/205 is a good combo. I've heard their ultimate polish is Megs 205 adjusted so it doesn't dry out so fast and gives you more work time.

Ok. I think I might try Ultimate Polish after a little more research, it's supposedly easier for beginners and leaves a better finish (also 1/2 the price of M205). M105 is definitely overkill for my paint though. Still curious about the Sonax though. More expensive but it has better reviews.

I used a Pinnacle Ultra Clay bar after thoroughly washing my car (not my RDX).

The paint was near perfect with slight imperfections.

I used a Lake Country CCS blue pad (final finishing) on my Flex XC 3401 VRG dual action polisher and Meguiar's M205.

I'd sooner work slow on my original paint (solid and not clear coated). Its not like I am running a business and need to cut fast. I took paint thickness measurements before and after, nothing removed worth mentioning.
