I drive a Black TL and 4 days ago I ran over a little puddle of cloudy white water. I try to sway away from it but because of the traffic I was unable to do so. At first I did not think much of it and thought it was dirty cloudy water. Then yesterday I went to wash my car and apparently the white splash marks and some spots of paint is all over my lower driver side a-spec kit. Parts of it looks like a white film and other parts are actually white paint spots. It wouldn't wash off and I try waxing it off. No luck and the paint seems to be hugging the paint pretty tight. I was pretty upset
!!!
What can I use that will get rid of the white paint off without damaging the paint on my car???

You can try claying. I was reading up on a post on autopia from a BMW owner. The car was parked in an area where the building next door was being painted. The car was covered with tiny specs of white paint everywhere. The poster said he didnt have time to clay the entire car so he had some detail shops give him estimates.
