Which product to use out of these?

Between these:
Mothers polish / wax (not pictured)
Permaplate renewer / sparkling clear (polish/wax?)
3M Perfect-it polish + [mothers wax or permaplate sparkling clear]

The 3M came with a FOAM polishing pad, is it safe to use on the car? or should I pick up some other type of pad for orbital usage?

This is my first time using an orbital to detail the car, and was just wondering which would be the best product out of the given above.

Looking to do wash/clay/polish/wax
My paint is in fairly good condition, but I'd like it to be even better for the all-cali meet

you going to be in san jose anytime this week? We should meet up with Donald to drink or chill. Cant meet up on the weekend though; my friend has a wedding. I got my car detail last weekend. I didnt get rid of all my swirls, but it came out pretty nice. I'm not familiar with the other two, but I think Mother's will be ok. If you had some money, you should get a UDM, Optimum Compound, Orange Pad, and Four Start UPP. They can be purchase from Patrick at exceldetail; he's a vendor here.

These were products left at the house when i moved into the new place. I saw them sitting on his shelf still brand new, covered in dust, and he just told me to keep it. I don't really have the extra cash to get a UDM a.t.m. He's got one of those construction orbital sander things, but buffers can be attached to it. I'm not sure if it is speed variable, though.

I'm free tues/thurs/weekends usually, holla. I work in S.F. mon/wed/fri (for another week, then i'll be full time out here until mid september)
