Polish to use for these swirls & scratches? (pics)

Here's some pictures of what I'm working with:

You can see all the swirls and a clearcoat scratch.

Long clearcoat scratch on the fender.

Looks like a white car might have swiped me.

There's also a couple of very light water-etched spots here and there. What polish do you guys think I should use to buff these out? I'll be using a DA. Sorry I'm still a noob at this buffing/polishing work. Thanks.

What pads do you have? I would probably start off with an Orange LCV (LC or Erasure) pad and Optimum Polish or FS BS LCC maybe even PB SSR2/2.5. Do a small area and assess your work before tackling the entire vehicle. You may have to move up to a more aggressive product (OC or MCC) or a more aggressive pad (yellow). I would suggest using the more aggressive product first before switching pads. In the third photo you mentioned you could have been swiped. If that's the case, a claybar should remove most of the paint transfer, then follow up with a light polish.

yeah, at least Optimum compound with orange pad, and you will probably find yourself using a yellow after your first spot test. Goodluck most of those pictures you posted have DA solvable issues.

just to give you some advise, i would advise that you clay the car first so you can see all the marring and any marring caused by claying will be cleaned up in the process. Then the paint finish will be looking really good.

Agreed men, SSR 2 or Opt Compound, FS BS MCC for sure.
BUT...........Like Haw said, you should start with the least aggressive in your arsenal before anything else. (Until you understand products characteristsics and PC techniques etc...)
