Paste or liquid?
I asked this question in the last NXT thread, but it didn't get answered.
What do you guys recommend? The NXT paste? of the liquid bottle form? I have a PC if that matters.
One more thing. I ordered a soft backing plate + 3 different foam pads from top of the line for my PC buffer.
Anyways... i was under the impression that the foam pads would sort of be wrapped around the soft backing plate. But when i got the package today from UPS, it seems as if the foam isn't wrapped around the soft backing plate at all, you simply just velcro it on.
Did i order the right stuff?
thanks

Yea, you ordered the right pads. My LC pads are the same and you won't have a problem with it falling off or anything. I think you thought it was wrapped around because Meguiars have bonnets that actually wrap around..
To apply the wax, I recommand doing it by hand. Your pads will absore much more wax if you decide to use the PC.

on to the next one...
If you are planning on using your PC to apply, then get the liquid wax....I have been using NXT liquid with my PC for over a year now and it works very nicely.....especially when I top it off with some s100
What you need to get for your PC if you don't already have it, is a called a velcro-backing plate, I believe they are about $15...
Then you've got everything you need!
Hope this helped...
