Paint touch-up price quote?
I just bought my baby a few months back and I'd like to fix a few "oops" from the previous owner, not to mention a vicious rock chip I took over Thanksgiving. What's a fair professional quote for touching up the nose (half dozen oops) and both doors around the lock (one oops per side)?
Also, has anyone successfully re-surfaced a scratched CLS/TLS wheel? Sight unseen, I've got a quote for 4100/ea; however, I'm concerned some of the scratches are too deep.

Don't know about the paint. On my other car the dealer had someone airbrush the scratches and chips, looked like new. Most place will want to paint and blend a bumper. I've used cleaner and touch up paint to stop rust on a bad chip.
I'll let you know on the 24th about the rim. I have a deep scratch. I'm getting it fixed then:

Johnny Rad - I was looking for the same thing. The body shop I took it to was top notch and said that they won't do just a touch up because it never comes out to their "standards". They wanted to do a complete respary of the panel and then blend the new paint into the ajoining panel to account for any slight color difference. They probably just wanted more $$ out of the deal, but they did have some good points. I'd take it to several shops and see what they say
