I have a few chips on my hood and found some tutorials on here on how to go a about fixing them.

I was wondering if there is rust in the chip does the procedure change at all.

I dont do paint chip repairs, other then on my own vehicles. But one would assume, that you need to remove the rust or decontaminate prior to repainting/repairing. Im just not sure on the proper method for that. I bet TOGWT will chime in with his thoughts.
