Hey guys,

I noticed a little rock chip on the bottom of my driver's side door on my 07 CGP TSX. The chip is tiny, but at the current time I don't have any touch up paint. I will repair this as quickly as possible, but in the meantime will this little chip rust? It doesn't appear to be too deep as it just looks white. If someone could confirm whether or not this is going to rust, that would be great.

I guess it depends on where you live.

Rust comes with water. So if you keep it dry you should see no rust.

So i'd say you're safe as long as you keep it dry, but thats my opinion.

 

Maybe put some clear nail polish on it until you get your touch-up paint pen?
