I've thought about trying it but I have way too many tire dressings at this point in time. I guess I'll order some when I get a response from Patrick, LoL (I think you might know what I'm referring to).

do you think that the gel diluted would apply well with a paint brush? I like using a paint brush, keeps my hands nice and clean, but if you can recommend a different application process that would be great. This is probably going to be ordered with my ONR here soon.

oh yea!!!! at 1-1 what sheen does it give tires?? also at that dilution, does it reduce the effectiveness to absorb into the tire and last for a while?? What is your method of application?? are you spraying it through a bottle, using it straight from the bottle?? I've metioned before I like the paint brush, but thinking about trying a craft spong brush thing..

I use it 3/1 water / gel ... I tried 4/1 on a spray gun but I don't think I had the settings right and gave up.

I apply with those small cheap kitchen sponges from the $$ store for like 12/$1. Basically a throw away after a few uses.

wow, that is quite a dilution...and it still lasts for a while...I might pour out my Megs Hot Shine and pour the Optimum in it, LOL.

Yeah, I'm thinking of going with the cheap kitchen sponges too. There hasn't been anything yet that I've truly liked and has lasted long enough for me.

Hehe but I have Tuf Shine! I'm still in the process of testing it so I can't pass judgment on it yet.

I just got Opti-Bond from Patrick and it's excellent stuff. I went to Parts America and bought a $1.00 tire applicator sponge, poured a small amount across the sponge and applied to the tires.

I apply OB with your basic tire applicator...works great. I put it in a york-style bottle (the same as what I have all of my polishes in) which makes it much easier for getting the product onto the applicator.
