i washed my car for first time in about 4 months, and car wash didnt get all the stuff, like tree sap, and i donno maybe bird crap off the paint, windex doesnt really work woundering if rubbing alcahol would be safe to use?

 

Ya it is .. if some of the bird crap has been there a while it may have etched into the clear coat ..
