Newly Zaino-ed ABP TL. Spectacular!
Ok, Zaino-ed the TL this weekend. Holy-freakin' moley....
Is it real? Is it reflection? You be the judge....
The process....
The Outside:
1. Wash with Meguiars NXT Wash.
2. Clay Bar w/ Z6 lubrication.
3. Wash with diluted Meguiars NXT Wash.
4. Polish w/ Scratch X (to remove some slight swirls - w/PC)
5. One Coat Z5 (wait remove)
6. Z6 Spray
7. One Coat Z2 (wait remove)
8. Z6 Spray
9. One Coat Z2 (wait remove)
10. Touch up buffing here and there with softest MF towel.
The Tires/Wheels:
1. Clean with Mothers Wheel Polish (remove break dust)
2. Treat Rubber with Meguiars NXT Tech Protectant
3. Wax wheels with NXT Tech Wax
The Inside:
1. Rubber/plastic surfaces with 303 Aerospace Protectant
2. Leather with Lexol
3. Vacuum rugs.
Seems like a lot of work, but I have a small detailing obsession.
Time to go buzz around the neighborhood.

hey doc
number 4 in the process says u used polish before u zaino'd
i was always under the impression that if u use polish or wax, and zaino over it, then the zaino won't work properly....am i wrong??

zaino and polish...ok to use...
uncleb...
I usually try to prepare the car very well before a zaino application...and it includes
a good polish before hand.
When I use Zaino, I usually follow the recomendations in Enhance Your Zaino to produce a deep dark
wet reflective surface.
I have not had any Zaino problems with these methods.
Cheers!
