New Paint = No Zaino for Two Months
So...I got my Nighthawk Black 2003 CL-S back from the shop today after replacing the front and rear bumpers. There was no additional damage besides the bumpers.
They painted the new bumpers and blended the quarter panels (they said they have to do this to the pearlized/metallic finishes so things look right).
They say that I have to wait two months for the paint to cure before I wax. Bummer.
I was just about to put my first coat of Zaino on this too!
Any thoughts? Is this true? Do I have to wait for the paint to cure for two months before I wax?
How do I survive the Spring thunderstorms here in the Philadelphia area without wax? Will I get some bad water stains?

They said that silicone in waxes can negatively effect the curing process of the paint.
Does Zaino have silicone/silicates and does it effect the paint curing?
I'm a little weary about screwing up the (quality) paint job just to satisfy my lust for a clean car.
