My dad took the liberty of trying to eliminate some water spots on the hood and trunk and in turn swirled up the clear coat in some pretty bad ways. Wish i couldpost somepics upfor you but i literally just saw it. any helpand advice wouldbe greatlyappreciated. thank you in advance.

 

Not to be rude but I would read some threads on here and read the sticky or you could always use brillo pads on the paint, the swirls will disappear.

Bit the bullet and gave it to a proffesional detailer. So far its coming along pretty well.
