Mini Review of SC Beyond Black Tire Pro
As always my tires are preped ( once every 10 or so washes ) with Wesleys Bleech Wite tire cleaner to get a clean base.
Let the tires dry then applied a layer of SC Beyond Black Tire Pro with a small yellow kitchen sponge. After I did all 4 tires I went back with the same sponge and gave then one more wipe ( no more product applied ) .
Result .. very nice dressing .. 1/2 way between matt and gloss black. Prolly more matt if I gave it another wipe. My preference is closer to shine but not bling bling.
Endurance... it lasted through 4 washes and 1 rain and after todays wash will need another application. As with other dressings from the same water based familly I'm willing to bet the second layer will outlast the first as there was no base for the first.
Also realize this time of the year up here is hell on dressings cuz there is a lot of crud, salt and chemicals still on the roads. So I'm sure it will do better once the crap is off the roads. Other dressings right now might make 2 washes.
I have 4 or 5 different dressings in my arsenal to compare it to and it would be top 4 of the 5 .. #5 BTW is a secret..
Would I buy it again? .. definatly
Down sides .. none that I can point out.
Here is the product in question ( image stollen from Excel Details page, where I bought it too )

Pics?
And how does it compare to, say, Meguiars Endurance tire gel?

Nice review Dale!! SCBB is not a bling bling appearance by any stretch. It leaves a nice matted appearance dependant upon application. Obviously the more you use, the blingy'er it will appear. But a nice swipe (or spray with the larger container) will leave a new fresh tire appearance.

I love this dressing... It is actually my go to...
I use it in a spray bottle. Since it is rather thin using it in a spray bottle makes it easier to work with.
I spray it on a foam applicator... 3 sprays for the 1st wheel and then 2 sprays on the foam applicator each wheel there after
