Looking for below-the-bumper front license plate holder

I'm trying to find a front license plate frame for an 01cl, the kind that drops below the bumper instead of the "wrap over" kind that comes stock. Haven't had much luck finding one yet but I know they're out there because I've seen people driving with them. Anyone have any ideas, or online autoparts vendors that carry them?

Just take off the the plate holder and turn it upside down. Just use zip ties to hold in place.

I was thinking about making one using simple aluminum angle. Was planning to roll under the top one inch or so of the plate itself and use stock holes. Airflow problems?
