What's Lexol all about?
The whole seat is not leather... What do you do the non-leather parts with?
What if you get some on the vinyl?
Will you lose the newcar smell?

just so you know, the new car smell is actually the plastic and silicone curing.. it's actually bad for you.

Many car companies actually put in their manuals, " during the first three months of driving the car the windows should be down to help the plastic cure and the silicone the window is held down with drys and seals"

I haven't seen it in our manuals, but my best friend was working with an air purfication company and had to sit through days of seminars. He had all of the stats about particles in the air, like % of skin, yuk!..

Anyway, they had the manual from some car company (he told me but I don't remember) that said that blurb about driving with your windows down.. I made him check with the instructor the next day because I didn't believe him on the 3 months, but he was right..

kind of funny if you think about it, the smell everyone recognizes as "New Car Smell" is actually toxins curing in the plastic, vinal and silicone..haha
