Leather Seat Care

This will be my first attempt at treating the leather on my 2006 TL. I've only had it a year. I've got some Hide Food and some Autoglym cleaner. May I ask to what extent the interior surfaces are leather? Do you treat both the bolster portions and the perforated surface as well? Are the head rests leather?(this is the only vehicle I've owned with leather seats.)Thanks in advance for any help.

I treat mine weekly when I wash my car. Leather surfaces are...steering wheels, shifter, seats, middle arm rest, door inserts, and door arm rests.
