Try Spot Shot and have a white cotton cloth ready to blot the area.

I also recommend hairspray. If that does not work, get 000 grade steel wool and spray a light interior cleaner into the steel wool, then rub the steel wool over the leather VERY lightly where the ink stain is until it comes off. Be very careful not to rub it with a lot of pressure because the dye will come off the leather, but if you rub lightly it will not hurt it. If you don't feel comfortable using the steel wool, I would recommend you bring it to the nearest detail shop. ~Hope this helps

Unfortunately leather is porous. That means the ink is already inside the leather. No chemical will remove it completly. Using chemical cleaners will only lighten the color in the surrounding area while the ink is pretty intact.

Seek professional help.

Dry cleaner or upholstery shop.

Remember: You only get once shot at getting it out. If you fuck it up....

It's actually not that much. Someone had an ink pen in their hand while in the passenger seat and didn't realize that the cap was off. Now it looks like someones signature on the door.

We can all hypothesize...but it's HIS leather & ink is some nasty shit to deal with. I always use Blue Magic cleaner on fabric...but leather is a completely different animal.

Don't Fvck around, let a pro fix that shit.

Just a thought....

NOTE: See the bolded section on the “Vickers professional ink remover pen.”

Leather Cleaner and Protector

The Vickers Leathercryl System® is the industry leader in the protection and stain removal of fine leather products. Leathercryl™ is a water-based polymer solution that imparts excellent oil and water repellency, stain resistance and exceptional resiliency to all top coated leather and smooth vinyl surfaces. The Vickers® professional ink remover pen for leather is an industry first. With just a slow back and forth motion, it can remove the most stubborn ink, even if it's years old, from valuable leather products that otherwise may have had to be discarded.

EricL Note:

They generally only want to deal with resellers and venders ... However, a detailer might be happy to order the "pen" for someone in need. A call to them to check on exactly what it will remove might be helpful. (There's a lot of variation in pen ink -- and it couldn't hurt to call and check.)

Actually it's not my car. It's my cousins GS430. We got tired of trying to get it out so we just left it alone for now. I also didn't wanna try too hard and damage the leather.
