Leather experts, I desperately need your help.

I've finally gotten around to fixing up my car. One of the first things I wanna do is fix up these cracked leather seats. It's pretty bad.

I am currently living near the beach and I don't park my car in the garage. I am always transporting certain individuals in bikinis so they might be causing this with their wet asses.

Yea I really don't know what happened in that third picture. So how do I fix this?

What area would my leather's condition fall under? I was wondering if Acura might cover this under their warranty. I don't think it's water that's causing this damage.
