Leather Care
Hi all, this forum has been very helpful. I was wondering what products you guys reccomend for conditioning the leather and for quick clean ups? Looks like i don't have to wax my car right away when I get it, but I assume I should still condition the leather.

Lexol cleaner and conditioner seems to be a proven product.
If your car is new, the leather is still quite new and fresh. Unless it's really dirty and stained, I would not put anything on it until about 6 months to a year depending where you live.
Leather develops "personality" after a while and needs to stretch and have a little wear.
The worst ones I've seen out there are nice quality leather seats slapped with a load of cleaners and chemicals making it look like it was just "Armor-All'd" (yuck!) If you tried sitting on one, you'll just slip and slide and you can't even touch them 'coz the gunk gets on your hands.
If you ever put any conditioner or lotion on the leather you have to let the skin soak it in then buff it off with a soft brush (yep, just like your sofa or your shoes).
IMO I believe the "look" of the leather that you need to achieve is when you first drove the car.

i'm going to order pinnacle conditioner and clearner it's supposed to smell amazing and does a great job too. I've used Lexol before and while it works, it really doesn't do too much.
